SriLankan Airlines reports 10% increase in passenger revenue

SriLankan Airlines has announced a 10% increase in passenger revenue during the first five months of the 2025-2026 financial year.

The airline also reported a 22% growth in passenger numbers and a 10% increase in capacity during the same period.

The airline’s on-time performance has also improved, rising to 74% so far this year, up from 69% last year.

Furthermore, SriLankan Airlines stated that two aircraft that were out of service for a long time due to a lack of engines have been returned to active service.
